Ms. Bobbi brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as our esteemed Science Teacher at Treasure Village Montessori. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Sciences from Southern Maine University, she embarked on a journey of exploration and discovery in the realm of science. Ms. Bobbi's passion for education led her to pursue credits toward her Masters in Education degree from the C.L.A.S.S. PDS program.
She holds certifications in Middle Grades Sciences, Middle Grades English, Exceptional Students, as well as Elementary Education K-6, reflecting her dedication to serving students with diverse needs and backgrounds. Prior to joining TVM, Ms. Bobbi served as the laboratory supervisor for the Marine Lab of Southern Maine, where she conducted groundbreaking research on the use of Porphyra yezoensis as a bioremediator for fish farming.
Her commitment to science education continued as she transitioned to the role of 7th-grade Science and Language Arts educator at Key Largo School, where she inspired countless students to explore the wonders of the natural world. Since joining TVM in 2012, Ms. Bobbi has played a pivotal role in nurturing a culture of curiosity and inquiry among our students, empowering them to become lifelong learners and stewards of the environment.
