Joseph Mack

Joseph Mack is a consumer protection attorney located in the Upper Keys. His practice includes helping victims of identity theft, suing credit reporting agencies who fail to correct false information on credit reports, suing debt collectors who engage in unfair or deceptive debt collection practices, and helping tenants who are illegally locked out or are facing illegal charges by landlords. In 2021, he received the Florida Bar President’s Prop Bono Service Award for his volunteer work on behalf of residents of Monroe County. He is a proud parent of two children attending Treasure Village.
