Things have been moving fast here at TVM and there has been a ton of improvements taking place.  Thanks to dedicated staff members; Connie Chapell and Laura Guth, as well as our Facilities team led by Charles Borders and Fredrick Matthews the projects are nearing completion and our school will shine brighter than ever! There are just a few reminders as Day 1 approaches…

o   Our annual supply fee is in effect, therefore there is no need for you to purchase any school supplies for your children.  All they will need on the first day of school is a backpack, a lunch box and a reusable water bottle.  No stress, all excitement!

o   School uniforms are required for PE and Field Trips and can be purchased beginning at Open House, samples will be available.

o   School Hours are 8:30-3:15 for grades VPK-3rd and 8:00-3:15 for grades 4-8th.

Meet the Teacher Event

Please save the date for our Open House which will occur on Monday, August 13th from 2-4pm.  This is an opportunity for parents to meet with all of the teachers and the first time your child will see their new classroom and playground. Uniforms will be on sale during this event.
We look forward to seeing you all. 

Volunteer Work Days

We are calling upon adult volunteers to assist with finalizing small projects on Sat. Aug. 4th from 8am-12pm.  Adults must be able to work with tools, students are only able to come if they are able to work with a parent and handle tools.  Other work days include August 10th from 10-3 and August 11th from 8am-12pm.  Students and parents needed for these two days.  A great way to get a jump on Parent Volunteer Hours and Student Community Service Hours.

We invite all parents to join us rooftop for a first day celebration of our kids, our heavy hearts and our freedom! Before heading to some retail therapy, share in some socializing with TVM parents and fresh breakfast treats in our annual Cheers & Tears breakfast.

Tax Free Weekend

Tax Free Shopping Weekend is this weekend August 3-5th.  Please remember to keep the dress code in mind as you shop for the upcoming year.  Although we do not have a ton of limitations it is important that your child dresses for success on a daily basis. See our Dress Code Here >>

Uniforms may be purchased via Lands End or through the TVM office.
The campus office is open weekdays from 8am – 4pm.
