ONLINE LEARNING WILL BEGIN on APRIL 1st, 2020
Teachers will be emailing parents and students with directions next week.
HOW TO PREPARE:
Technology for at-home learning:
- Students will need a computer or tablet and internet access to complete and submit required assignments.
- Mobile devices may be borrowed from the school. Please re-read the technology policies from the beginning of the year.
- Students will continue using Google Classroom and their respective web-based programs for assignments.
For students without an internet connection:
As the country deals with the effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Comcast is taking immediate steps to help connect more low-income families to the Internet at home. Effective Monday, March 16, 2020, new Internet Essentials customers will receive two free months of Internet service. After your first two free months expire, you can cancel the service There is no term contract or credit check and no shipping fee for equipment.
If you are eligible for public assistance programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, and others you may qualify for this free service.
You also must not have any outstanding debt with Comcast/Xfinity.
