A Message to Seadragons:
Wow – I really do miss ALL of Elementary’s little smiling faces and I can’t leave out missing our overly enthusiastic Middle Schoolers! Hopefully, we will be back together soon but in the meantime, I have some things to help you with getting moving and staying motivated!

For 4th – 8th Grade:
My goal is to have students do some type of physical activity at least 2-3x/week. It is extremely important to stay active and eat a balanced diet! Below are some suggestions and resources to get you started. I will be adding to the list as we go – remember to think about your frequency, duration and intensity. I recommend that you create a schedule and stick to it – PLAN TO BE SUCCESSFUL!
